We can do your mise en place exactly the way you would.

We guarantee that we can get your prep done for less than it costs for you to buy the ingredients and pay for the labour. Particularly if you're being forced to use temp chefs.

It's extremely easy to setup, all you have to do is send us the recipes you want to outsource - we'll get right back to you with a quote and samples. Now all that's left is for you to focus on other aspects of  your business because you know your kitchens will be stocked with flawless fresh mise on place, Boxed Off for every service.

OUR RECIPES

The idea of this prep list is for you (the chef) to create your own dishes and for us to do the leg work…


For example you could choose a risotto base, finish it with celeriac purée and serve it with a confit chicken leg or pickled mushrooms. Within this list there are thousands of possible variations of dishes.

Alternatively you might just want to order a few components such as fresh pasta or incredible steaks that arrive to your restaurant aged, brined & marinated in roasted bone marrow.

RAGE AGAINST THE MISE

DELIVERIES

We deliver Tuesdays, Thursday & Saturdays to any restraunt / pub within 100 miles of central london. We don't start your prep until you place the order so orders need to be in 48 hours before hand. Alternitavely we can always set up a standing order if that works better for you.
